ZAZ Rewards is free and open to anyone aged 16 or over. One account per person, with a valid email address. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, sold or transferred.

You earn 1 ZAZ Point for every £1.50 you spend in the cafe, rounded down. Points are added when our team registers your visit with your QR code at the till, before payment. Money spent on coffee that counts towards your coffee stamps does not earn points — the two rewards are separate, so nothing is double-counted.

When you reach 100 points, 100 points are converted into a £5 voucher held in your account. Vouchers are redeemed in the cafe by asking our team before you pay, are used in full in one transaction, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.

Every coffee you buy earns one stamp. After 9 stamps, your 10th coffee is free. Free coffees do not earn a stamp. Stamps and free coffees are held in the same account as your points but are counted completely separately.

Points, stamps and vouchers can only be added at the time of purchase. We cannot add rewards retrospectively from a till receipt. If you forget your phone, our team can find your account by email.

If you share your date of birth, we may send you a birthday treat through the app. Offers shown in the app are limited, may change, and can be withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so.

We may correct balances, suspend or close an account if we see fraud, abuse or an error — for example rewards added by mistake or attempts to earn points without a genuine purchase. Every correction is logged.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Unused points, vouchers and stamps are lost when an account is closed. We may end or change the programme with reasonable notice in the app.
